MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, synthetic Colour-Change Spinel (5.80ct).

HALLMARKS: Maker's Mark 'KAF' for the renowned Swedish jewellry workshop Kaplans Ateljé, the fineness mark '18K' for 18ct gold, the Stockholm town mark depicting the crowned head of Saint Eric alongside the Swedish Three Crowns national assay mark, and the date letter 'O8' for the year 1988.

EXCELLENT: Presented in excellent vintage condition with minimal wear overall. The Colour-Change Spinel, setting and 18ct Gold shank show only light surface marks consistent with gentle, careful wear. No obvious signs of later resizing or restoration.
