The high-domed oval is embraced by a bold raised bezel, its rich hue glowing against warm, rosy 9ct Gold. Garnet is 12mm long x 10mm wide, weighing approx. 5.05ct.

HALLMARKS: Maker’s Mark WR, date letter Z for 1875.

VERY GOOD: The Garnet displays natural inclusions with light surface abrasions and a few tiny nibbles commensurate with age, presenting richly in wear. The 9ct Gold mount shows light surface marks and gentle softening to the high points, remaining sturdy and secure. Evidence of a previous resize is present, with some loss to the hallmarks.
