An impressive Victorian hinged bangle in richly worked Sterling Silver, chased and repoussé in bold high relief. The design unfolds as a decorative hunting scene featuring a dog and hare, framed by dense scrolling foliage, rosettes and beaded borders. A stippled, darkened ground lends beautiful depth and contrast to the bright, softly polished highs.

Substantial in the hand at 80.5g, this statement piece pairs artisanal craftsmanship with striking presence. The hinged construction with a tongue-and-groove style clasp completes the look, making it a magnificent example of late 19th-century decorative silverwork.
