Beschreibung

The scalloped cartouche and foliate scroll borders create beautiful movement and texture, while the glossy Enamel provides dramatic contrast to the glowing Gold.

The Agate’s natural concentric banding is wonderfully showcased at the centre, framed by old-style bezel-set Diamonds totalling approximately 0.60ct for a refined scintillation. Elegantly finished and steeped in period charm, the reverse bears an inscription reading “C.L.S 9 May 1851 at 87”, adding a personal historical note to this impeccably preserved treasure.

Pendant is 31mm wide.
Banded Agate measures 20mm long x 16.5mm wide.
Diamonds measure approx. 2.5mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.60ct combined.
WEIGHT: 14.5g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Banded Agate, Diamond (0.60ct), Enamel, Human Hair.

STAMPS: Engraved initials “C.L.S” and the date “9 May 1851 at 87”.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.
