A lustrous Pearl and a bright Diamond nestle between opposing curves in this graceful French antique ring. Each sits in a little flower-like cup, while lines of smaller Diamonds sweep around them in pale Platinum settings. The contrast between the Pearl’s soft glow and the Diamond’s lively sparkle is especially lovely.

Broad Gold shoulders flow into the open twist, giving the design a warm, fluid outline. Fine beaded edges trace the curves, and the spaces between the settings let the paired stones stand out clearly on the hand. Dating to the late 19th century, this is a romantic jewel with plenty of movement in its beautifully balanced face.

VERY GOOD: The Pearl retains a soft lustre and the Diamonds catch the light across the curved face. Mild surface wear is visible on the Gold and around the settings, consistent with the recorded condition. The sweeping outlines and fine beaded edges remain distinct.
