Its clear glass and slender 9ct Gold frame leave the centre wonderfully open, ready for a keepsake of your own. The softly rounded rim brings a warm golden outline to the simple circular design.

Chester hallmarks date the locket to 1907, with the maker’s mark W.J.P adding another detail to discover along its edge. Finished with a screw-in bail, it is a charming way to wear something personal close to your heart.

Round locket body measures 25mm in diameter.
Locket measures 3.5mm thick.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, with glass panels.

HALLMARKS: Chester assay mark, 9, 375, date letter g for 1907, and maker’s mark W.J.P.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Zustand

EXCELLENT: The original tapered-edge glass is intact, with no chips. Fine surface marks are visible on the glass and Gold frame. The screw-in bail works properly and the hallmarks remain clear.

Take care not to over-tighten the screw-in bail, as this can damage the Gold. Suitable for a photograph or pressed flower; not suitable as a shaker locket for loose gemstones.
