A luminous Edwardian trilogy ring showcasing an oval cabochon Opal alive with glints of green, pink and blue. Two bright round Diamonds flank the centre, each set in delicate milgrained collets. The Diamonds sit in cool Silver settings for extra brilliance, contrasted by a richly toned 18ct Gold shank.

Finely hand-finished details — from the smooth bezels to the pierced under-gallery — give this ring an elegant, timeless poise. The Opal is approximately 0.90ct, while the Diamonds total approximately 0.20ct, bringing a beautifully balanced glow and sparkle.

MEASUREMENTS: Opal measures 8mm long x 6mm wide x 3.5mm deep, approximately 0.90ct.
Diamonds are 3mm in diameter, approximately 0.20ct combined (0.10ct each).
WEIGHT: 3g

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Silver settings, Natural Solid Opal (0.90ct), Diamonds (0.20ct).

STAMPS: Obscured 18ct gold stamp.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Zustand

VERY GOOD: The Opal presents beautifully with a fine polish and lively play-of-colour, and the Diamonds are bright with no obvious chips seen. The milgrain-edged collets and bezels are intact with light surface wear to the 18ct Gold and gentle patination to the Silver settings. There is no evidence of resizing, and the ring has been well cared for and remains secure.
