Bold circles and intricate Silver scrollwork make this Victorian collar a wonderful statement piece. Broad rectangular panels alternate with generous round links, each panel filled with curling tendrils and tiny diamond-shaped openings. Raised borders catch the light along both edges, giving the necklace a richly textured gleam.

At 45.3g, there is plenty of Silver to admire! The ring clasp blends into the repeating circular links and can sit proudly at the front, as a finishing detail in its own right. Give this collar an uncluttered neckline and let the contrast between those substantial links and delicate pierced details take centre stage.

EXCELLENT: The pierced decoration is well preserved. There is some tarnish and fine surface scratching to the Silver, particularly on the plain reverse panels, with no dents.
