A captivating Art Deco Sterling Silver butterfly wing necklace, stamped Made in England. The rectangular butterfly wing panel shimmers with intense iridescent blue and purple flashes, framed in a smooth closed bezel for a sleek, refined finish. Dainty floral rosette connectors soften the geometry, leading into a fine articulated link chain for effortless grace.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

EXCELLENT: The butterfly wing panel is bright and intact with a glossy surface and fine surface striations, with no chips or losses. The Silver shows light surface wear and a pleasing, gentle patina in recesses, commensurate with age. No obvious repairs or alterations; the piece has been well cared for.
