A breathtaking Russian 14ct Gold aquamarine and Diamond bib necklace, richly stamped with the coveted “second” Kokoshnik assay marks from the Art Deco era. The design centres on a luminous oval Aquamarine haloed by sixteen rose-cut Diamonds, flowing into a graceful garland of Aquamarines and a dramatic girandole of articulated drops. The gold has a beautiful peachy hue that flatters the cool sea‑blue gems.

This glittering jewel sits elegantly along the collarbone, its articulated links moving fluidly with the wearer. Steeped in Russian history and craftsmanship, it’s an outstanding statement of antique glamour.

Condition

EXCELLENT: Aquamarines and Diamonds are bright, well-matched and securely set with no obvious chips or losses visible. The Gold shows light surface wear and a gentle patina commensurate with age; articulation and settings are strong. Chain and bolt‑ring clasp are likely later additions; no visible repairs or replacements beyond the noted Topaz in the swoop.
